Už roky mám problémy s chrbticou. Poraďte mi, prosím, nejaké dobré cviky na chrbticu. Ďakujem. A.

Moja skúsenosť.
Bolesti chrbtice roky postupne rástli, mal som problémy pri zmenách počasia ma bolievala aj hlava. Skúšal som rôzne cviky a masáže, elektroliečbu, ale pomohlo to len na krátky čas. Nebudem to rozvádzať, ale z rôznych zdrojov som sa dozvedel,že problém môže byť aj v nedostatku kolagénu, a že na to je dobré jesť želatínu (napr. gumové cukríky).
Skúsil som to, za pol dňa som zjedol celý balík cukríkov JOJO a prvú noc som po rokoch spal tak, že som sa nezobudil v noci na bolesť v chrbte a nemusel som si hľadať novú polohu.
Teraz jem pravidelne želé, cvičím 5tibeťanov a moje problémy s chrbticou sa znížili o 60% trvá to už vyše mesiaca takže verím, že je to v tom nedostatku kolagénu. Neviem či je to problém ktorý sa vyskytuje často ale ak áno možno pomôže niekomu kto si to prečíta.
No ja jednoznačne odporúčam na boľavú chrbticu cvičiť Pilates. DVD Sme - to nie je žiadna reklama, ja som veľni spokojná a teším sa na cvičenie už dopredu, lebo je to príjemné a veľmi dobre sa pri ňom aj po ňom cítim. Mala som aj predtým iné DVD Pilates, ale to ma tak neoslovilo. Ale proste, buď chodte niekam, kde Vám to ukážu, ako sa to má cvičiť, alebo skúste podla spomínaného DVD SME . Mne to veľmi pomáha, viac ako jóga. A podložky na správne sedenie, to je tiež super vec...Mám aj ja od Sissel
Ahojte, bolieva ma chrbtica a hlava prakticky od malicka. Vytrpel som si uz svoje. Joga, rehabilitacie, neurologovia, ... Vytrpel som si tolko, ze som sa o tuto oblast zacal zaujimat viac. A ako tu mnohi pisete, velmi dolezity je pohyb a spravne drzanie tela. Cvicit za Vas nikto nebude!!! Ale mozte skusit cvicit aj pasivne. :-) Dobre su napr. dynamicke podlozky na sedenie. Tie mam uz rokmi overene. Pozrite si napr. zdravotne.pomocky.sk a pochopite sami o com to je.
Mal som tiez problem s vyskocenymi platnickami v oblasti medzi lopatkami , jedol som ibace ako lentilky a nepomahalo , zacal som cvicit a zacalo pomahat ale tiez to nebolo na sto percent vyriesene. Bolest chrbta pretrvavala. Dbal som aj dbam na spravne drzanie tela, spravne sedenie a vsetko ako manipulovat s tazkymi vecami, zlepsilo sa ale stale som citil bolest. Navstivil som aj chiropraktika ponapraval mi vsetko co sa dalo. Vysolil som kopec penazi za to a bolest sa vratila spat. Nik mi nikde nepovedal aby som si dal pozor aj na male prechladnutie v danej oblasti. Staci ked som sa trocha spotil presne v oblasti medzi lopatkami. Mokre tricko mi priliehalo na chrbticu a stacil len chladny vanok a bolest bola spat. Teraz uz mam s tym pokoj hned ako sa pri praci zapotim ,idem sa prezliect. Kolko razi si menim tricko aj 5 razi za den. Ale od tedy ako som to zacal robit, bolest chrbta zmizla. Prievan alebo chladny vzduch z ventilatoru na spoteny chrbat je najlepsia cesta k bolesti. Neviem ci to niekomu pomoze ale zo par ludi ktori mali rovnake problemi v praci kde robim, im to pomohlo.

das renommierte Festival young.euro.classic – Europäischer Musiksommer, welches seit dem Jahr 2000 erfolgreich von der Dr. Gabriele Minz GmbH organisiert und durchgeführt wird, ist eines von verschiedenen interessanten Projekten der Dr. Gabriele Minz GmbH.
Ein weiteres spannendes Projekt ist "Haus Europa” – eine Kulturveranstaltung des Bundesaußenministers zum Ende der deutschen EU-Ratspräsidentschaft.
Zum Ende der deutschen EU-Ratspräsidentschaft lädt das Auswärtige Amt der Bundesrepublik Deutschland am 17. Juni 2007 zu der Kulturveranstaltung "Haus Europa" ein. Die Kulturveranstaltung findet in dem berühmten, von Karl Friedrich Schinkel errichteten Konzerthaus am Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin statt.
Während im "Haus Europa" europäische Musik verschiedener Stile und Epochen erklingt, wird vor dem Konzerthaus eine Ausstellung mit Bildern von europäischen Schülern und Texten von prominenten und interessanten Persönlichkeiten zur "Zukunft in Europa" präsentiert.
Das Auswärtige Amt hat die Dr. Gabriele Minz GmbH mit der Konzeption und Realisierung dieser ganztägigen Veranstaltung beauftragt.
Eine zentrale Idee der Ausstellung ist es, dass Persönlichkeiten aus den 27 EU-Ländern einen kurzen schriftlichen Beitrag verfassen. Dieser soll zum Ausdruck bringen, wie sie sich ihre Zukunft in Europa vorstellen oder wie ihre Erfahrungen mit Europa ihr Leben geprägt haben. Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass uns von zahlreichen Kulturinstitutionen, Ministerien und Personen sowohl aus Ihrem Land, der Slowakei, als auch aus dem Ausland, für dieses Projekt folgende prominente Persönlichkeiten empfohlen worden sind: der Politologe Miroslav Kusy, der Komponist Peter Machajdik [www.machajdik.de] und der Schriftsteller Michal Hvorecky [www.hvorecky.com]. We are happy to announce the names of the personalities of the Slovak public and cultural life, who have been elected to represent the Slovak Republic at the most important EU cultural event of 2007. European institutions, experts and personalities, who have been monitoring the cultural, political and social scene in each of the EU countries since 2003, chose the political scientist Miroslav Kusy, composer Peter Machajdik (www.machajdik.de),/ and writer Michal Hvorecky (www.hvorecky.com)/ to represent Slovakia at "House Europe” in Berlin on 17 June 2007.

aj ja mam bolesti chrbtice, niekedy je to taka silna bolest, ze sa neviem ani poriadne nadychnut.Snazim sa cvicit a ked cvicim tak je to lepsie.
