Six Weeks Into a Low-Carb Diet and Hitting a Wall

Hi everyone,
I'm currently six weeks into a low-carb diet. The first month went surprisingly well; I dropped a few kilograms, my energy felt more stable throughout the day, and I wasn't constantly thinking about food.
Lately, though, things have become more difficult. My weight loss has slowed down, and I'm starting to miss some of the foods I used to eat regularly, especially fruit and fresh bread. I'm also finding social situations harder because most meals with friends seem to revolve around foods I'm trying to limit.
A typical day for me is eggs or yogurt for breakfast, a salad with chicken for lunch, and some kind of meat and vegetables for dinner. I drink plenty of water and try to walk for at least 30 minutes most days.
For those who have followed a low-carb diet for longer than a few months:
Did you hit a plateau around this stage?
How did you deal with cravings without feeling miserable?
Did you eventually reintroduce some carbs, or did you stay strict?
Are there any foods you discovered that made the diet much easier to maintain?
I'm not looking for a quick fix; I'd rather find an approach that I can realistically stick with for the long term. I'd love to hear what worked (or didn't work) for you.
Thanks!
