Chcela by som vediet, ake vitaminy je vhodne uzivat pre posilnenie organizmu a pre zdavy vyvoj dietata? Citala som o vitaminoch, mam prehlad, ale ako ich co najlepsie skombinovat? Nemozem predsa brat naraz vsetky vitaminy, ktore su pre tehotne odporucane... Existuje nieco ako "vsetko v jednom"? :o))) Dakujem
